Quotes and Pricing
Quotes are based on the condition observed at inspection. If hidden damage is discovered, we will stop and obtain your approval before continuing.
Appointments
Please provide at least 24 hours notice to reschedule. Access to the instrument, adequate lighting and a quiet working environment are required for tuning appointments.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless other arrangements are agreed in writing.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the service performed. Pre-existing structural or finish defects are documented before work begins.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
